Bob Francis joined H.L. Moe in 2005. He is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Glendale|Los Angeles and Keefe|Beverly Hills service divisions. He assists our accounting team with sales figures, collections, financial forecasting, and training programs for the service technicians. Prior to launching a successful business with his family, Bob attended the University of Southern California and received a degree in Business Administration.

Jeff Hachey has been with Moe since 2000, after working for another plumbing contractor for more than 16 years. As the Vice President of Sales and General Manager of the service division, Jeff is responsible for the sales and growth of the business as well as the professional development of his team. Additionally, he has a knack for diagnostics and is well informed on the latest techniques and solutions in the industry. He has had tremendous success in expanding the service division, organizing seminars and one-on-one training to further develop our technicians. He was instrumental in starting a drain division for Moe and is currently working with the Union to reestablish a heating and air conditioning division. Jeff completed a five-year apprenticeship program through Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association, is a journeyman plumber and is a licensed C-36 Contractor.

Paul Kanner's tenure with the company, predates Moe Plumbing's purchase of John Keefe Plumbing, having started in 1961. As Vice President of Sales & Service, Paul is responsible for leading the sales team and providing training on the technical and troubleshooting aspects of plumbing, heating and air conditioning. With nearly 50 years of industry experience, he is the lead instructor for the STEP 1 and HVAC training programs. He has been instrumental in the professional development of the company's technicians and the expansion of Moe's service capabilities. Paul, a journeyman plumber and air conditioning contractor holds his C-36 and C-20 licenses.

Jim Fox joined the Moe Service team in 2000, when the company purchased his family business, Burt Plumbing, which was founded by his great-grandfather, H.E. Burt. At Moe, Jim is responsible for bidding and managing large projects. As a mentor for the company's apprentices and newer technicians, Jim provides technical assistance for the complex and challenging jobs that the company is granted. Jim began his career in 1972 and is a licensed journeyman plumber.

Kristofer Sweitzer is the Supervisor of Moe's specialized Drain division, a segment of the business in which he has been instrumental in developing. Kris joined Moe in 2006 and is responsible for managing the drain technicians, customer service, troubleshooting and is a part of the sales team. He maintains awareness of the newest innovations in drain service to provide technicians as well as customers with cost effective, long-term solutions.

Bill Mang serves as the company's soft and drinking water expert after owning and operating Pacific Water for 35 years. As a supervisor and estimator, Bill is tasked with training and mentoring newer technicians, identifying solutions for large projects and developing customized water systems for clients. Having been in the industry for nearly 40 years, Bill joined Moe in 2007.

Doris Alvarez is the Manager of the Customer Care Center. She has been with Moe Plumbing Service since 2005, after five years of working for the Walt Disney Company. Doris is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in the customer care center including the dispatch of the technicians. Doris has participated in several management training seminars provided by the company's consulting firm, Mulkern Associates.

Aggie Villanueva is the office manager of the Keefe|Beverly Hills office where she supports the estimators, showroom sales and the plumbing technicians. She has more than 25 years in the plumbing industry, nine of which she has been with Moe.
