David Hanson has been with Moe Plumbing since 1996. He has lead various new construction plumbing projects in the commercial and government sector. Since 2005, David has served as an instructor for the United Association (Plumbing and Pipefitters union). Most notable about David, is the ongoing recognition he receives on the jobs he leads. After leading the Americana at Brand project, David was one of three people for the entire project recognized by the developer, Rick Caruso. Additionally, he was named Moe Plumbing’s Employee of the Year in 2009, an award reserved only for exceedingly excellent performance.
As a Field Superintendent, Hanson is responsible for documenting activities, developing and maintaining schedules, organizing manpower, task planning, project safety, onsite training, troubleshooting, procuring tools, materials and equipment, QA/QC inspection, and coordinating with contractors, owners and the city.
